Mr. Sasan K. Goodarzi has been the President, Chief Executive Officer, and a Director of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President and the General Manager of Small Business Group, an Executive Vice President and the General Manager of Consumer Tax Group of the company from 2015 to 2016. Mr. Goodarzi served as a Senior Vice President and the General Manager of Consumer Tax Group of the company from 2013 to 2015. He worked as a Senior Vice President and the Chief Information Officer of the company from 2011 to 2013. Earlier, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Nexant Inc from November 2010 to August 2011. During his previous tenure at Intuit from 2004 to 2010, Mr. Goodarzi led several business units, including Intuit Financial Services and the professional tax division. Prior to joining Intuit, he worked for Invensys, serving as the Global President of the products group. He also held a number of senior leadership roles in the automation control division at Honeywell Inc. Mr. Goodarzi currently serves on the board of directors at Atlassian Corporation Plc.

Mr. Sandeep S. Aujla has been an Executive Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the company’s Senior Vice President of Finance, Small Business & Self-Employed Group and Technology Organization of the company from January 2019 to July 2023, Vice President of Finance, Small Business & Self-Employed Group from June 2015 to January 2019. Previously, Mr. Aujla held various finance leadership roles at Visa, and investment banking roles at Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley.

Ms. Lauren D. Hot has been a Senior Vice President and the Chief Accounting Officer of the company since August 2022. Previously, she served as a Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Intuit from February 2022 to July 2022 and as a Vice President and the Corporate Controller from August 2020 to January 2022. She previously served as the Director of Corporate Accounting from January 2014 to July 2020. Since joining Intuit in 2004, Ms. Hotz has been holding a variety of accounting leadership roles at the company. From 2001 to 2004, she served as the Corporate Controller and hel Finance Functions at other public companies. She began her career in public accounting at Coopers & Lybrand LLP (now PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP), worked from 1996 to 1998, and later jointed RSM McGladrey & Pullen LLP (now RSM US LLP), worked from 1998 to 2001.

Mr. Alex Balazs has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Architect and leader of Intuit’s Platform Acceleration Group. Previously, he held engineering roles at Light Lab Imaging and ZEISS Medical Technologies.

Mr. Greg Johnson has been an Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of the company since 2024. Before rejoining Intuit, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of McAfee. Previously, he spent nearly 10 years at Intuit leading the Consumer Tax Group, as the Head of Marketing and later as the General Manager for four years. Earlier, Mr Johnson worked for various organizations, including Kraft Foods, SC Johnson, Kodak, Gillette, Best Buy, and the US Air Force.
