Ms. Suzanne Nora Johnson has been the Chairman of the company since January 2022. Prior to this, she served as the Independent Member of the company's Board since 2007 and as Lead Independent Director from 2016 to 2022. Previously, she held several management positions including Vice Chair, Chair of the Global Markets Institute, and Head of the Global Investments Research Division of the company. She served as the board of directors of Pfizer Inc. since 2007. Ms. Suzanne also served on the board of directors of American International Group, Inc. from 2008 to 2020 and board of directors of VISA Inc from 2007 to 2022.

Mr. Sasan K. Goodarzi has been the President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President and General Manager of Small Business Group, Executive Vice President and General Manager of Consumer Tax Group of the company from 2015 to 2016. Mr. Goodarzi served as the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Consumer Tax Group of the company from 2013 to 2015. He worked as the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of the company from 2011 to 2013. Earlier, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Nexant Inc. He also worked as the President of the Products Group at Invensys and held various senior leadership positions in the Automation Control division at Honeywell Inc. Mr. Goodarzi served as the Director of Atlassian Corporation Plc.

Mr. Sandeep S. Aujla has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the company’s Senior Vice President of Finance, Small Business & Self-Employed Group and Technology Organization of the company from January 2019 to July 2023, Vice President of Finance, Small Business & Self-Employed Group from June 2015 to January 2019. Previously, Mr. Aujla held various finance leadership roles at Visa, and investment banking roles at Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley.

Mr. Alex Balazs has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Architect and leader of Intuit’s Platform Acceleration Group. Previously, he held engineering roles at Light Lab Imaging and ZEISS Medical Technologies.

Ms. Lara Balazs has been the Chief Marketing Officer, Executive Vice President and General Manager-Strategic Partnership of the company since 2020. Prior to this, she held various Marketing Leadership roles at Amazon, Visa, Nike, Gap and General Mills. Earlier, she served as the Vice President, Worldwide Prime of Amazon North America. Previously, she served as the Senior Vice President and Head of Visa North America Marketing of Visa.
