Dr. Craig H. Barratt has been the Chairman of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as Director of the company since 2011. Previously he worked as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Connectivity Group at Intel Corporation. He also worked with Google, Inc, Qualcomm Atheros and Atheros Communications, Inc.

Dr. Gary S. Guthart has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and a Director of the company since 2010. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of the Company. He served as a part of core team developing foundation technology of computer enhanced-surgery at SRI International.

Mr. Jamie Samath has been Chief Financial Officer of the company since October 2021. Prior to this, he has held roles like senior vice president of Finance, corporate controller, and principal accounting officer in the company. Prior to joining Intuitive, he was vice president of finance, corporate controller at Atmel Corporation and also served as its principal accounting officer. Prior to that, he served in various finance roles at National Semiconductor.

Mr. Gary Loeb has been the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of the company. Before this, he served as general counsel and chief compliance officer at Intuitive. He also leads a global organization for legal, compliance, and corporate governance. Prior to this, he led intellectual property and litigation at Genentech and served as general counsel.

Mr. Dave Rosa has been President, Chief Strategy and Growth Officer of the company since October 2021. From 2019 to 2021, he was the executive vice president and chief business officer and from 2015 to 2019, he served as executive vice president and chief commercial officer. Prior to that, he held roles as executive vice president and chief scientific officer and senior vice president, scientific affairs.
