Mr. G. Richard Wagoner, Jr. has been the Chairman of the company since 2019. He also serves as a Director of Leapfrog Group and Duke University’s Health System. Previously, he worked at General Motors Corp for 32 years and held several positions, including Chairman and Chief Executive Officer; President and Chief Operating Officer; President and Managing Director of General Motors do Brasil; Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Head of worldwide purchasing; and Executive Vice President and President of North America.

Mr. Martin L. Flanagan has been the President, Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2005. He is also a trustee and Vice-Chairperson of the Invesco Funds. Prior to this, he joined Invesco from Franklin Resources, where he was President and Co-Chief Executive Officer from 2004 to 2005. Previously, he served as Franklin's Co-President from 2003 to 2004, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer from 1999 to 2003, and Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 1993 until 1999. Previously, he served as a Director, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Templeton, Galbraith & Hansberger. Before joining Templeton in 1983, Mr. Flanagan worked at Arthur Andersen & Co.

Ms. L. Allison Dukes has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Managing Director of the company since August 2020. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Financial Officer of SunTrust from 2018 to 2019. Previously, she served as the Head of Commercial & Business Banking for SunTrust from 2017 to 2018. Earlier, she served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Atlanta Division of SunTrust from 2015 to 2017 and Executive Vice President and Co-Head of the Private Wealth Management business from 2013 to 2014.

Mr. Mark Giuliano has been the Chief Administrative Officer and Senior Managing Director of the company since 2019. Previously, he served as the Head of Security, Technology, and Operations; and Managing Director. Earlier, he held various leadership roles at the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

Mr. Andrew T.S. Lo has been the Senior Managing Director and Head of Invesco Asia Pacific of Invesco since 2001. Mr. Lo joined the company as the Managing Director at Invesco Asia in 1994. He began his career as a Credit Analyst at Chase Manhattan Bank in 1984. Mr. Lo became the Vice President of the investment management group at Citicorp in 1988 and was Managing Director at Capital House Asia from 1990 to 1994. He was the Chairman at the Hong Kong Investment Funds Association from 1996 to 1997.
