Mr. Andrew R. Schlossberg has been the President, Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company since June 2023. Previously, he served as the Head of Americas and Senior Managing Director of the company from 2019 to 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Head of EMEA and Senior Managing Director from 2016 to 2019. He joined Invesco in 2001 and held various leadership roles such as Chief Marketing Officer, Head of Global Corporate Development, and Head of US Retail Distribution and Global Exchange-Traded Funds. Earlier, he worked at Citigroup Asset Management and its predecessors.

Ms. L. Allison Dukes has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Managing Director of the company since August 2020. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Financial Officer of SunTrust from 2018 to 2019. Previously, she served as the Head of Commercial & Business Banking for SunTrust from 2017 to 2018. Earlier, she served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Atlanta Division of SunTrust from 2015 to 2017 and Executive Vice President and Co-Head of the Private Wealth Management business from 2013 to 2014.

Ms. Terri C. Houghton has been the Global Chief of Staff of Invesco since August 2025. Previously, she served as Chief Operating Officer of the Global Human Resources team at Invesco. Prior to this, she held multiple positions at SunTrust Bank, including roles in product development, strategic planning and communications, mergers and acquisitions, and senior level organizational design and succession.

Mr. Andrew T.S. Lo has been a Senior Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Invesco Asia-Pacific since 2001. He joined the company as the Managing Director at Invesco Asia in 1994. He began his career as a Credit Analyst at Chase Manhattan Bank in 1984. Mr. Lo became the Vice President of the Investment Management Group at Citicorp in 1988 and was Managing Director at Capital House Asia from 1990 to 1994. He was the Chairman at the Hong Kong Investment Funds Association from 1996 to 1997.

Mr. Alan L. Smith has been a Senior Managing Director and Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since March 2024. Previously, he served as the Chief Human Resources Officer of Corebridge Financial from 2020 to 2024. Prior to this, he held various leadership position of global start-up company focused on transforming K-12 education, and TE Connectivity, a global electronics company.
