Mr. Lee Yeow Chor has been the Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director and Director of the company since 1996. Previously, he served as the Chairman of the Malaysian Palm Oil Council from 2009 to 2020. He served as a Director of Board member of Central Bank of Malaysia from 2015 to 2018 and Malaysian Green Technology Corporation from 2011 to 2013. He served as a Magistrate in the Malaysian Attorney General’s Chambers and the Malaysian Judiciary Service from 1990 to 1994. Currently, he serves as a Director of IOI Properties Group Berhad, IOI Oleochemical Industries Berhad, Bumitama Agri Ltd, Unico-Desa Plantations Berhad and Dynamic Plantations Berhad.

Mr. Kong Kian Beng has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2021. Previously, he served as the Financial Controller of the company. He joined the company in 2006 as Group Accounting Manager and held several senior positions since then.

Mr. Koo Ping Wui has been the Chief Operating Officer for Johor of Oleochemical division at company since 2020. Prior to this, he served the IOI Oleochemicals Industries Berhad and served the pharmaceutical and medical supplies industry for 15 years. Previously, he headed sales and marketing teams in various subsidiaries within IOI Oleochemical Division. HMr. Wui e also served as the Chief Marketing Officer of IOI Oleo GmbH in Hamburg, Germany.

Mr. Thomas Kummer has been the Chief Operating Officer of Germany for Oleochemical division at the company since 2016. Prior to this, he served in the senior operation position in the former organization and has more than twenty years of experience in the oleochemical business in different management positions.

Mr. Tan Sri Peter Chin Fah Kui has been the non-executive Chairman of the company since 2014. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman of MGTC from 2015 to 2018. He also held various senior appointments in the Malaysian Government Administration from 1986 to 2013. Mr. Kui has served in the positions of Federal Minister, Federal Deputy Minister, and Federal Parliament Secretary for the Ministry of Energy, Green Technology and Water, Ministry of Plantation Industries and Commodities, Ministry of Housing and Local Government, Ministry of Science, Technology and the Environment and Ministry of Welfare Services.
