IPG Photonics Corp: Executives

Mr. Eugene Scherbakov has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this role, he served as Chief Operating Officer at IPG in February 2017. He served as the Managing Director at IPG Laser GmbH, a subsidiary of IPG in August 2000. Mr. Scherbakov was a Senior Scientist in fiber optics and Head of the optical communications laboratory at the General Physics Institute, Russian Academy of Science in Moscow.

Mr. Felix Stukalin has been the Chief Operating Officer, Senior Vice President and Director of the company since 2022. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President, North America Operations, from February 2013 to February 2022. From March 2009 to February 2013, he served as our Vice President, Devices. Prior to joining IPG, Mr. Stukalin was Vice President, Business Development of GSI Group Inc. from April 2002 to September 2008, and from March 2000 to April 2002 he was Vice President of Components and President of the Wave Precision divisions of GSI Lumonics.

Mr. Timothy P V Mammen serves as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of the company. Previously, he served as the Group Finance Director and General Manager at IPFD from May 1999 to July 2000. Prior to that, Mr. Mammen served as the Finance Director and General Manager at United Partners Plc from 1995 to 1999.

Mr. Alexander Ovtchinnikov has been the Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since February 2022. Prior to joining IPG, he was Material Science Manager of Lasertel, Inc.

Mr. Igor Samartsev has been the Chief Scientist and Senior Vice President of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he was Chief Technology Officer from 2011 to 2022 and Deputy General Manager of NTO IRE-Polus from 2005 to 2011 and the Technical Director at NTO IRE-Polus from 2000 to 2005.
