Mr. Marc de Garidel has been the Chairman of the company since July 2016. Prior to this, he has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since November 2010. Currently he serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Director of AZTherapies Inc since October 2020; and as Director of Claris Biotherapeutics since July 2020. He has served as the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Corvidia Therapeutics, Inc; Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vifor Pharma from May 2017, of which he was member of the Board since 2015. He has also worked at Eli Lilly Pharmaceutical Group and Amgen from 1995 to 2010.

Mr. David Loew has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since July 2020. Prior to this, he has served as Global Oncology Head, Global Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Global Product Strategy and Region Head, Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa for the Pharma Division of Roche since 1992; Senior Vice President, Commercial Operations Europe at Sanofi since July 2013; and Chief Executive Officer of Sanofi Pasteur Vaccines in 2016. He currently serves on the Boards of the International Federation of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers & Associations (IFPMA), the European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations (EFPIA), and G5 Sante, the federation of French pharmaceutical companies. He has also worked at Coopers & Lybrand and Hewlett Packard in 1990

Mr. Aymeric Le Chatelier has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since November 2014. Prior to this, he has served as Interim Chief Executive Officer of the company since January 2020. Mr. Chatelier has also served as the Group Chief Financial Officer and Deputy Chief Financial Officer of Veolia Water; Group Chief Financial Officer at Arjowiggins; and Director of Financial at Enedis.

Ms. Sandra Silvestri has been the Executive Vice President, Chief Medical Officer and Head of Global Medical Affairs, Patient Safety and Patient Affairs of the company since May 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Officer of the General Medicines Global Business Unit. Previously, she served as the Global Head of Medical Affairs Capabilities Centre of Excellence and Medical Hub. she also held numerous national and international roles at Eli Lilly across R&D and Scientific Communications.

Mr. Regis Mulot has been the Chief Human Resources Officer and Executive Vice-President of the company since March 2018. Prior to this, he served as Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer at Staples Inc. He has held various leadership positions with Levi Strauss & Co from 2002 to 2008; at Broadnet Europe from 2000 to 2002; at GTECH Corp from 1994 to 2000; International Post Corp from 1991 to 1994; and Chronopost SA from 1989 to 1991. He has also served on the Board of Trustees at Simmons College (Boston, MA, USA); Chairman of the Business Advisory Committee of the Simmons School of Management from 2014 to 2017; Founder and former Chair of the French-American Human Resources Forum from 2016 to 2018; Co-chair of the Boston Chief Human Resources Officers Leadership summit between 2014 and 2018. He currently is a Gartner Chief Human Resources Officers Leadership Board member since 2017.
