Mr. Marc de Garidel has been the Chairman of the company since 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since November 2010. Currently, he serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Director of AZTherapies Inc since October 2020; and Director of Claris Biotherapeutics since July 2020. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Corvidia Therapeutics, Inc; Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vifor Pharma from May 2017, of which he was member of the Board since 2015.

Mr. David Loew has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Global Oncology Head, Global Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Global Product Strategy and Region Head, Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa for the Pharma Division of Roche since 1992. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President, Commercial Operations Europe at Sanofi since 2013; and Chief Executive Officer of Sanofi Pasteur Vaccines in 2016. Currently, he serves on the Boards of the International Federation of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers & Associations (IFPMA), the European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations (EFPIA), and G5 Sante, the federation of French pharmaceutical companies.

Mr. Aymeric Le Chatelier has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2014. Prior to this, he has served as the Interim Chief Executive Officer of the company. Mr. Chatelier also served as the Group Chief Financial Officer and Deputy Chief Financial Officer of Veolia Water; Group Chief Financial Officer at Arjowiggins; and Director of Financial at Enedis.

Mr. Regis Mulot has been the Chief Human Resources Officer and Executive Vice-President of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer at Staples Inc. Mr. Mulot also held various leadership positions with Levi Strauss & Co from 2002 to 2008; at Broadnet Europe from 2000 to 2002; at GTECH Corp from 1994 to 2000; International Post Corp from 1991 to 1994; and Chronopost SA from 1989 to 1991. Previously, he served on the Board of Trustees at Simmons College (Boston, MA, USA); Chairman of the Business Advisory Committee of the Simmons School of Management from 2014 to 2017; Founder and former Chair of the French-American Human Resources Forum from 2016 to 2018; Co-chair of the Boston Chief Human Resources Officers Leadership summit between 2014 and 2018.

Ms. Mari Scheiffele has been the Executive Vice President, Head of GPPS and Chief Product Officer of the company since September 2025. Earlier, she served as an Executive Vice President of International Region at Ipsen from 2021 to 2025. Prior to that, Mari was the General Manager of Novartis Oncology UK & Ireland.
