Mr. Marc de Garidel has been the Chairman of the company since 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since November 2010. Currently, he serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Director of AZTherapies Inc since October 2020; and Director of Claris Biotherapeutics since July 2020. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Corvidia Therapeutics, Inc; Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vifor Pharma from May 2017, of which he was member of the Board since 2015.

Mr. David Loew has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Global Oncology Head, Global Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Global Product Strategy and Region Head, Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa for the Pharma Division of Roche since 1992. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President, Commercial Operations Europe at Sanofi since 2013; and Chief Executive Officer of Sanofi Pasteur Vaccines in 2016. Currently, he serves on the Boards of the International Federation of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers & Associations (IFPMA), the European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations (EFPIA), and G5 Sante, the federation of French pharmaceutical companies.

Mr. Aymeric Le Chatelier has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2014. Prior to this, he has served as the Interim Chief Executive Officer of the company. Mr. Chatelier also served as the Group Chief Financial Officer and Deputy Chief Financial Officer of Veolia Water; Group Chief Financial Officer at Arjowiggins; and Director of Financial at Enedis.

Ms. Sandra Silvestri has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Medical Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Officer of the General Medicines Global Business Unit at Snofi. She also held several leadership positions at Eli Lilly in multiple disease areas including diabetology, endocrinology, neuroscience, immunology, dermatology, and oncology.

Mr. Philippe Lopes Fernandes serves as an Executive Vice President and Chief Business Officer at the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President, Global Head of Business Development and Alliance Management at Merck KGaA. Mr. Fernandes also served in various capabilities at Merck KGaA in Business Development, Mergers & Acquisitions, Finance and Marketing in Germany, France, Portugal, Switzerland and the United States.
