Mr. Ari Bousbib has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2016. He also serves on the Board of Directors of The Home Depot Inc. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of IMS Health from 2010 until its merger in 2016. Mr. Bousbib served for fourteen years at United Technologies Corp (UTC). Previously, he served as the President of UTC’s commercial companies from 2008 to 2010. He served as the President of Otis from 2002 until 2008 and Chief Operating Officer from 2000 to 2002.

Mr. Ronald E. Bruehlman has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of IMS Health from 2011 until the merger of IMS Health and Quintiles in 2016.

Ms. Trudy Stein has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of IQVIA since 2016. Prior to this, she served as the IMS Health’s Vice President, Administration and Chief of Staff to the Chief Executive Officer from March 2014 to September 2016. She joined IMS Health in 2008 and held several HR roles of increasing scope and responsibility. Ms. Stein was HR Vice President from 2005 to 2008. Previously, she served in various senior HR positions at Pfizer from 2001 to 2005.
