Mr. William Meaney has been the President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since January 2013. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Zuellig Group from August 2004 to March 2012. Previously, he served as the Managing Director and Chief Commercial Officer at Swiss International Air Lines Ltd from 2002 to 2004.

Mr. Barry A. Hytinen has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2020. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Hanesbrands Inc. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, and held various finance, corporate development, financial planning and investor relations roles at Tempur Sealy International Inc. Earlier, he also served as the Chief Financial Officer of Fogbreak Software and held several finance and corporate development positions at General Electric Co and Vignette.

Mr. John Tomovcsik has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2018. Previously, he served as the General Manager of records and information management for the company. Prior to this, he served as executive vice president of data management and chief operating officer of Iron Mountain North America.

Mr. Raymond C. Fox serves as the Chief Risk Officer and Executive Vice President of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Commanding General, II Marine Expeditionary Force and Commander Marine Forces Africa at United States Marine Corps.

Mr. Greg McIntosh has been an Executive Vice President, Chief Commercial Officer and General Manager of Global Records and Information Management of the company since December 2019. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President for strategic accounts from March 2019 to November 2019; Senior Vice President for consumer storage from December 2017 to March 2019; and as the Senior Vice President of innovation and product management from December 2016 to December 2017. Earlier, he served in the financial services technology industry for 14 years with Davis + Henderson, now Finastra, and was co-founder of Cyence International.
