Ms. Julie McHugh has been the Chairman since April 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer for Endo Health Solutions, Inc from 2010 to 2013. Mr. McHugh also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Nora Therapeutics Inc, Chairman for the worldwide virology business unit of Johnson & Johnson, and President of Centocor Inc.

Mr. Thomas McCourt has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since June 2021. Prior to this, he served as President and Interim Chief Executive Officer from March 2021 to June 2021. Previously, he also served as President of the company from April 2019 to June 2021. He also served as Senior Vice President of marketing and sales and Chief Commercial Officer since 2009. Mr. McCourt has served in various leadership roles in Amgen Inc, Novartis AG, Astra-Merck Inc and Acceleron Pharma Inc.

Mr. Sravan K. Emany has been the Chief Financial Officer and the Senior Vice President of the company since December 2021. Prior to this, he served as Corporate Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer of Integra LifeSciences Holdings Corporation since 2020. He also served at Bank of America and BofA Securities from 2008 to 2018.

Mr. John Minardo has been the Senior Vice President, the Chief Legal Officer, and the Secretary of the company since August 2021. Previously, he served as Vice President, General Counsel at Seqirus from 2015 to 2021. Prior to Seqirus, he served as Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Novartis Influenza Vaccines.

Mr. Michael Shetzline has been the Chief Medical Officer, the Senior Vice President, and the Head of Research and Development since October 2021. Prior to this, he served as Chief Medical Officer and Head of Drug Development since 2019. He served as the Vice President and the Head of Gastroenterology Clinical Sciences at Takeda Pharmaceuticals International Co. Mr. Shetzline also served as the Head of Translational Medicine GI discovery at Novartis Pharmaceuticals AG.
