Mr. Niels Smedegaard has been the Chairman of the company since 2026. Previously, he served as the Chairman of Molslinjen A/S, Bikubenfonden and Abacus Medicine A/S. Prior to this, he served as the Group Chief Executive Officer of DFDS A/S and held various executive roles within Gate Gourmet Group. Earlier, Mr. Smedegaard held various leadership roles at Swissair Group and the SAS Group (Denmark). Currently, Mr. Smedegaarda serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Falck A/S and a Director of DSV Panrectors of TT Club Mutual Insurance Limited, UK P&I Club, nd Frederiksbergfonden. Mr. Smedegaard is also an industrial advisor.

Mr. Kasper Fangel has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since September 2023. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy Chief Financial Officer, Head of Group Finance, Regional Chief Financial Officer (Western Europe), and the Head of Group Controlling of the company. Prior to this, he held various roles at the company, including the Interim Chief Financial Officer, Regional Finance Manager for North America, Ireland and the UK, and the Vice President of Finance IFS Division of ISS. Earlier, Mr. Fangel served as an Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Mr. Mads Holm has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2024. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Equinor Renewables. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President and Head of Treasury and Tax of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President and Head of Finance of Equinor. Prior to this, he served as the Finance Manager and Head of Corporate Financing and Analysis of Statoil. Earlier, Mr. Holm held various roles at Danske Bank.

Mr. Troels Bjerg has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since January 2025. Currently, he also serves as a Director of Ejner Hessel Holding A/S. Previously, he also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Asia-Pacific/Americas/Germany & Global Business Performance at ISS. Prior to this, he held various roles at the company, including Chief Operating Officer, Regional Chief Executive Officer of Northern Europe, and Nordic and Eastern Europe of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Stenhoj Group. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Distribution of Service & Parts at Daimler. Earlier, Mr. Bjerg served as the General Manager of Marketing at Mercedes-Benz Denmark.

Mr. Carl-Fredrik Langard-Bjor has been the Chief Commercial and Revenue Officer of the company since January 2025. Previously, he served as the Regional Chief Executive Officer of Northern Europe of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of ISS in Norway. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Key Accounts of Norway and Commercial Director of Norway of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Group Chief Executive Officer of Norway, Sweden, Denmark & Finland at PSG Group. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Kelly Norway. Earlier, Mr. Bjor served as the Regional Manager of Adecco Group, Sales Manager of Carlsberg, and Production Manager of Norcool ASA.
