Mr. Masanori Katayama has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2023. Previously, he served as the representative director and president of the company from 2015 to 2023. Prior to this, he worked as the Director and Vice President of the company from 2014 to 2015. Mr. Katayama served as the director of the company from 2007 to 2014.

Mr. Masahiro Yamaguchi has been the Chief Financial Officer, Managing Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2023. Previously, he served as the Director, Acting General Manager of Sales Department, Sales Planning Department, Trade Management Department, Overseas Product Policy Department, Head of Technology Headquarters Development Division and Business General Manager of the company from 2022 to 2023. Prior to this, he held the position of Managing Executive Officer, Head of LCV business, Sales Department and Sales Headquarters of the company from 2021 to 2022. Mr. Yamaguchi also served as the Executive Officer and Assistant General Manager of Sales Department of the company from 2019 to 2021.

Mr. Shinsuke Minami has been the Chief Operating Officer, Director and President of the company since 2023. Previously, he served as the Director, Chief Operating Officer and Head of Planning and Finance Department of the company from 2022 to 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Director and Head of Planning and Finance Department of the company from 2020 to 2022. Mr. Minami also held the position of Director of the company and Head of Quality Assurance Department, Planning and Finance Department of the company from 2019 to 2020. Preceding this, he worked as the Director and Head of Sales Department of the company from 2018 to 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Managing Executive Officer and Head of Sales Department of the company from 2017 to 2018. Preceding this, he held the position of Executive Officer, Assistant to the Head of Sales Planning Department of the company from 2014 to 2017.
