Mr. Milton Maluhy Filho has been the Chief Executive Officer and Partner of the company since February 2021. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Risk Officer of the company. Previously, he held roles including Vice President (2019 to 2020) and Chief Executive Officer of Itaú CorpBanca (Chile) from 2016 to 2018.

Mr. Alexsandro Broedel has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2021. prior to this, he served as Group Executive Finance Director from 2015 to 2020 and Head of Investor Relations from 2017 to 2020 at the Itaú Unibanco Group. previously, he worked as Officer at the Comissao de Valores Mobiliarios.

Mr. Pedro Moreira Salles has been the Co-Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company since April 2017. Prior to this, he was the Chairman of the company (2009-April 2017) and an Executive Vice President of the company (2008-2009). Mr. Moreira Salles served as the Vice Chairman (2010-2012) at Banco Itaú BBA S.A and held multiple positions at Unibanco – União de Bancos Brasileiros S.A, including Director, the Vice Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and Director Vice President. Previously, he also served as the Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Unibanco Holdings S.A. He was the Chairman of Unibanco Seguros S.A; Director, Chief Executive Officer, and the Chief Executive Officer at IUPAR – Itaú Unibanco Participações S.A.

Mr. Roberto Egydio Setubal has been the Co-Chairman of the company since April 2017. He also has been a Member of the Board of the International Monetary Conference since 1994, and Member of the International Advisory Committee of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York since 2002. Prior to this, Mr. Setubal served as the Chief Executive Officer (1995-2017) and Vice Chairman of the company (2003-2017). Previously, he also served as the Chairman of Banco Itau BBA S.A (2004-2015), and Chief Executive Officer of Uniao de Bancos Brasileiros S.A (2008-2011).
