Iteris Inc: Executives

Mr. Marco Tripi serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Asstel. Previously, Mr. Tripi served as the Vice President of Digital Transformation and Digital Agenda and Simplification at Unindustria Lazio. He also served as the Vice President of the Executive Board of Confindustria's Assinform - Associazione Italiana per l'Information Technology. Mr. Tripi also served as a member of the Executive Board of the Unione degli Industriali e delle Imprese di Roma, the Employers’ Union of Rome.

Mr. Shiba serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Romeo Power, Inc from 2017 to 2020, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Wesco Aircraft Holdings, Inc. Previously he served as a Chief Financial Officer at Superior Industries International and Remy International.

Mr. Kreter serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of Iteris since 2022. Previously, he served in various executive positions at Quantum Corporation. Mr. Kreter joined the company in 2007.

Mr. Adam Cook has been the Chief Sales Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2024. He has over 15 years of experience in public and private transportation technologies.

Mr. Cousins has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Product Officer of Iteris since 2022. Previously, he served as Vice President, products, design and automotive OEM solutions at Zonar Systems, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Continental AG.
