Ms. Lynda L. Ziegler has been the Chairman of the company since 2016. Prior to this, she served as the Manager of Energy Services, the Manager of Credit Services, a Director and the Vice President of Customer Programs and Services at Southern California Electric. She also served as the Senior Vice President of Customer Service at Southern California Edison.

Mr. Thomas L. Deitrich has been the Director, Chief Executive Officer, and President of the company since 2019. Previously, he was the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of the company. Prior to this, he was the Senior Vice President and General Manager for Digital Networking at Freescale. Mr. Deitrich also served as the enior Vice President and General Manager of Freescale’s RF, Analog, Sensor, and Cellular Products Group from 2009 to 2012.

Ms. Joan Hooper has been the Senior Vice President and Chief financial officer of the company since 2017. Prior to this, she served as Chief Financial Officer of CHC Helicopter from 2011 to 2015. Prior to CHC, she held several finance positions at Dell, Inc. from 2003 to 2010, including vice president and Chief Financial Officer for its Global Public and Americas business units, vice president of corporate finance and chief accounting officer.
