Mr. Timothy H Powers has been the Chairman of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served in several executive leadership positions at companies such as Hubbell Inc, ABB Inc, and BBC Brown Boveri Inc.

Mr. Luca Savi has been the President, Chief Executive Officer, and a Director of the company since January 2019. Previously, he served as the Chief Operating Officer and President since August 2018 and as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company since January 2017. Prior to this, Mr. Savi served as the Executive Vice President and President, of Motion Technologies since February 2016 and as Senior Vice President and President, Motion Technologies since November 2011. Previously, he served as the Chief Operating Officer at Comau Body Welding. Mr. Savi also worked as the Chief Executive Officer, at Comau North America from 2009 to 2011 and 2007 to 2009. In addition, he also held leadership roles at Royal Dutch Shell, Honeywell International and technical roles at Ferruzzi-Montedison Group.

Mr. Emmanuel Caprais has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Finance and Group Chief Financial Officer. He joined ITT in 2012 and served as segment Chief Financial Officer of Motion Technologies and later Industrial Process. Prior to this, Mr. Caprais held finance leadership roles at Magneti Marelli, and at Valeo in Europe and North America.

Ms. Cheryl de Mesa Graziano has been the Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Accounting Officer of Party City Holdco Inc. (Party City) from 2021 to 2022. Ms. Graziano also served as the Vice President, Global Controller and Vice President, Financial Reporting and Accounting in Party City from 2019 to 2021; held various position at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc from 2013 to 2019; and held various finance leadership roles at other companies including IBM and Financial Executives International.

Ms. Maurine C. Lembesis has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since January 2019. Earlier, she served as the Vice President and Corporate Human Resources Business Partner from January 2017 to December 2018 and as Executive Director of Corporate Human Resources since June 2013. Prior to ITT, Ms. Lembesis held various roles of increasing responsibility in Human Resources at Avon Products Inc from 2007 to 2013. In addition, she also served at Capital Group Companies, GE Capital and Pfizer Inc.
