Mr. Andrew Cosslett has been the Chairman of the company since September 2022. Currently, he also serves as the Chairman of Kingfisher PLC. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman and Director at Rugby Football Union from 2016 to 2021. Previously, he worked as the Chief Executive Officer of InterContinental Hotels Group. Mr. Cosslett also held various positions at Cadbury Schweppes.

Ms. Carolyn McCall has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2018. She also serves as a Director of Bridgepoint Group plc. Previously, she served as the Chief Executive Officer at EasyJet from 2010 to 2017. Ms. McCall also served as Chief Executive Officer at Guardian Media Group from 2006 to 2010. Earlier, she worked as a Director at Tesco plc, Lloyds TSB and New Look Group plc.

Mr. Christopher John Kennedy has been the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Director of the company since 2021. He also serves as the Director at Whitbread plc, and Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children NHS Foundation Trust. Previously, Mr. Kennedy served as the Chief Financial Officer at Micro Focus International plc from 2018 to 2019; and held various senior management roles at EMI Music for more than 17 years, including Chief Financial Officer for UK business, Chief Operating Officer International, Group Chief Financial Officer and Chief Investment Officer.

Mr. Mark Smith has been the Chief Information Officer of the company. Previously, he served as the Chief Technology Officer of the company. He joined the company in 2011 as a member of the technology management team. Prior to joining ITV, Mr. Mark held various senior technology positions at the BBC, BBC Worldwide and Sky; and secured expertise in digital transformation and headed the design, build and delivery of industry leading VOD platforms over the past 15 years. He started his career as a software engineer at BT.

Mr. Simon Farnsworth has been the Chief Technology officer of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as News UK’s Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer. Earlier, Mr. Farnsworth held roles at Discovery Globecast Australia and Telstra Broadcast Services.
