Mr. Robert V. Pragada has been the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the company since September 2024. Prior to this, he served in various senior leadership positions within the company including President and Chief Operating Officer from 2019 to 2023, President of People and Places Solutions, and President of Global Industrial and Buildings and Infrastructure Groups. Earlier, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Brock Group from 2014 to 2016, and Chief Operating Officer of Kinetics from 1999 to 2005.

Mr. Venk Nathamuni has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since June 2024. Previously, he was the Chief Financial Officer at Cirrus Logic from 2022 to 2024. Prior to this, Mr. Nathamuni served as Head of Corporate Finance, M&A, investor relations, and IT for Arista Networks. He also served as the Vice President of M&A and corporate development and Head of Investor Relations at Maxim Integrated Products, Inc from 2012 to 2021. Earlier, Mr. Nathamuni held several roles at J.P. Morgan, Synplicity, Synopsys and QuickLogic.

MS. Cheryl Lim has been the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since May 2026. Previously, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer and Section 16 Officer at Vertiv Holdings. Prior to this, she served as Vice President of Human Resources at ITT Inc. Prior to that, she worked as Vice President of Human Resources for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa at Honeywell International. Earlier, she worked as President of the Honeywell European Works Council.

Ms. Joanne E. Caruso has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Legal and Administration Officer of the company since 2012. Prior to this, she served in various senior positions within the company including Senior Vice President, Senior Vice President of Human Resources, and Vice President of Global Litigation. Previously, she worked as the Partner in two international law firms, Howrey LLP and Baker & Hostetler LLP.
