Mr. Jean Vernet has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since September 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Smiths Group Plc from 2017 to 2022. Ms. Karen Hayzen-Smith has been the Chief Financial Officer and Director of the company since December 2023. Prior to this, she served as a Director of Group Finance at Johnson Matthey plc and Finance Director for the Aviation sector of Babcock plc. Ms. Smith served a variety of senior finance roles at Vodafone plc, Hanson plc, and Amec Foster Wheeler plc.
