Mr. Yamaji Hiromi has been the Group Chief Executive Officer of the company since April 2023 and Executive Officer, and Director of the company since June 2020. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer at the company. Previously he served as an Executive Officer of Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. Earlier he served as the Director of IT Business Department at Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. He joined Tokyo Stock Exchange in 1986.

Mr. Takura Satoshi has been the Chief Information Officer and Senior Executive Officer of IT Planning of the company since 2024. Previously, he served as the Executive Officer of the company and the Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. He held the position of Executive Officer at Osaka Exchange, Inc. and JPX Market Innovation & Research, Inc. Prior to this, he was the Director of the IT Development Department (Derivatives System) at Osaka Exchange, Inc. and served as the Director of the IT Administration Department at both the Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. and Osaka Exchange, Inc.

Mr. Kinoshita Yasushi has been the Chairman of the company since June 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman at the Development Bank of Japan Inc. Previously he served as the Deputy President at the Development Bank of Japan Inc., Vice Minister of Finance, Director of General of the Budget Bureau, and General of the International Bureau, Deputy Vice Minister for Policy Planning and Coordination of Minister's Secretariat at the Ministry of Finance.
