Mr. Bruce C. Cozadd has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2012. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President and the Chief Operating Officer at ALZA Corporation from 1991 until 2001. Mr. Cozadd serves on the boards of Cerus Corporation, a biopharmaceutical company, Threshold Pharmaceuticals and The Nueva School and Stanford Hospital and Clinics.

Mr. Philip Johnson has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2024.

Ms. Renee Gala has been the President and Chief Operating Office of the company since 2023.

Ms. Neena M. Patil has been the Chief Legal Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Abeona Therapeutics Inc. Before that she served in various management positions at Novo Nordisk Inc including Vice President for Legal Affairs and Associate General Counsel. she also she worked for several other global biopharmaceutical companies including Pfizer, GPC Biotech and Sanofi.

Ms. Heidi Manna has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of Jazz Pharmaceuticals since November 2018. Ms. Manna also serves on the Employer Advisory Board for the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to joining Jazz Pharmaceuticals, she served as Vice President of Human Resources at Campbell Soup Company from 2010 until 2018. Ms. Manna held various leadership roles at Bristol-Myers Squibb across a wide spectrum of the human resource function.
