Mr. Regis Schultz has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since September 2022. Prior to this he served as a President of Retail at Al-Futtaim Group.

Mr. Dominic Platt has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since May 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Chief Financial Officer of BGL Group.

Mr. Andrew Higginson has been the Chairman of the company since July 2022. Prior to this role, he served as the Chairman of the William Morrison Supermarkets Plc since 2015. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy Chairman of the company. Prior to this, he held various leadership roles at Tesco Plc including as the Finance and Strategy Director, and as the Chief Executive of its Retailing Services business. Earlier, he also worked with Unilever, Guinness, Laura Ashley and the Burton Group. Previously, he served as the Chairman of Poundland Group PLC; Senior Independent Director of BSkyB PLC and as the Non-Executive Director of the Rugby Football Union. Currently, he serves as the Non-Executive Director of Woolworths Holdings Limited and Majid Al Futtaim Group and as the Chairman of IGD and Evergreen Garden Care.
