Mr. Tim Dunn serves as the Chairman and the Chief Investment Officer of the company. Prior to this, he held various roles at KPMG LLP, Chubb Corp., and Hartford Financial. Mr. Dunn is the President of JE Dunn Capital Partners. He also serves as a Director of many JE Dunn subsidiaries and investments.

Mr. Gordon Lansford has been the President, Chief Executive Officer, and a Director of the company since 2013. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer, and an Executive Vice President of the company. Mr. Lansford joined JE Dunn Corporation in 1996. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of American Royal, Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce, and Baker University. He is a Director of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kansas City, Civic Council of Kansas City, KC Common Good, and UMB Bank.

Ms. Beth Soukup has been the Chief Financial Officer and an Executive Vice President of the company since 2014. Prior to this, she worked at RSM.

Ms. Christy Paoli serves as the Chief People Officer and a Senior Vice President of the company. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President of Human Resources at the company. Earlier, she held human resources leadership roles in a variety of industries including healthcare IT, government manufacturing and restaurant/retail.

Mr. Rodd Merchant serves as the Chief Strategy & Client Experience Officer and an Executive Vice President of the company. Prior to this, he held various position at the company including, the Vice President of the West Region, and Design-Build and Project Executive. Mr. Merchant serves as a Director of Colorado Forum, the University of Colorado Department of Civil and Architectural Engineering Construction Science Advisory Board.
