Mr. Lance Y. Gokongwei has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the company since 2028. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of Cebu Air, Inc., Universal Robina Corporation, Robinsons Retail Holdings, Inc., and JG Summit Olefins Corporation. Prior to this, he served as a Director and a Vice Chairman at Manila Electric Company. Previously, he served as a Director at RL Commercial REIT, Inc., Altus Property Ventures, Inc., Oriental Petroleum and Minerals Corporation, Singapore Land Group Limited, Shakey’s Asia Pizza Ventures, Inc., AB Capital and Investment Corporation, and Endeavor Acquisition Corporation. He is a Trustee and the Chairman at Gokongwei Brothers Foundation, Inc.

Mr. Michael P. Liwanag has been the Chief Strategy Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and President at Robinsons Land Corporation. He is also a Director of Maxicare Healthcare Corporation, Maxicare Life Insurance Corporation (Maxilife) and DHL Summit Solutions, Inc. Prior to his current role, he was the Senior Vice President Investor Relations, and Chief of Staff at JGSHI. He also served as URC’s Senior Vice President and Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Development.

Mr. Cristina Bellaflor P. Alvarez has been a Chief Information Officer, and Chief Digital Officer of the company since January 2025. She also a President for Aspen Business Solutions, Inc. from January 2025.

Ms. Maria Celia H. Fernandez-Estavillo has been the Chief Legal Officer, and Secretary of the company since 2020. She also serves as the Secretary of Universal Robina Corporation and JG Summit Olefins Corp and the Assistant Secretary of Gokongwei Brothers Foundation Inc. Prior to this, she served as the Head of the Legal and Regulatory Affairs Group, the Secretary and a member of the Board of Directors of Rizal Commercial Banking Corp. She worked as the Assistant Vice President of Global Business Development of ABS-CBN. She also held positions in government as Head of the Presidential Management Staff, Assistant Secretary at the Department of Agriculture and Chief of Staff of Senator Edgardo J. Angara. Ms. Fernandez-Estavillo started her legal career in ACCRA.

Mr. Laurinda R. Rogero is the Chief Compliance Officer of the company. Previously, he served as the Vice President, Head of Compliance and General Counsel Group. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President and Head of the Anti-Money Laundering Department. She also served as the Legal Associate in ACCRA Law and as Court Attorney in the Supreme Court.
