Mr. Xue Chi has been the Chairman of the company since June 2025. Currently, he served as Vice Chairman of Zhongtian Technology. Previously, he is served as Director and Vice General Manager of Zhongtian Technology from 2009 to 2019. He served as the General Manager of Zhongtian Technology Fiber Optic Co., Ltd. from 2009 to 2013, Chairman and General Manager of Zhongtian Technology Submarine Cable Co., Ltd. from 2005 to 2009.

Mr. Shen Yichun has been the Vice Chairman of the company since June 2025. Previously, he served as Executive Vice Chairman of the Asia-Pacific Fiber Optic Cable Industry Association, Executive Director of the China Communications Enterprises Association, Director of the Chinese Institute of Electronics, and Deputy Director of the Optical Communication and Information Network Professional Committee of the Chinese Optical Engineering Society.

Mr. Gao Hongshi has been the Chief Financial Officer since December 2010. Previously, he served as the Finance Department Manager of Zhongtian Technology Fiber Optic Co Ltd the Deputy Chief Financial Officer of Jiangsu Zhongtian Technology Co Ltd, and Finance Department Manager of Nantong Heat Treatment Plant and Nantong Transportation Machinery Co Ltd.

Mr. Xie Shuhong has been the Chief Engineer of the company since November 2009. Previously, he served as Deputy General Manager and Chief Engineer of Zhongtian Hitachi Optical Cable Co Ltd from 2003 to 2008, Research Engineer at the Shanghai Cable Research Institute from 1994 to 2003.
