JCCL added 117 new research and development (R&D) projects in 2025, including 13 national and provincial/ministerial-level projects, marking a year-on-year increase of 200%. Five projects were approved under the 2025 National Science and Technology Major Project, one under the Key R&D Program of the Ministry of Emergency Management, one for the “2030 Pioneer Project” Major Special Program of Jiangxi Province, and three under the Key R&D Program of Jiangxi Province. Additionally, two scientific and technological achievements were granted provincial/ministerial-level Science and Technology Progress Awards, and three received the 2025 China Nonferrous Metals Industry Science and Technology Award. The company held a total of 1,022 patents, including 315 invention patents, and added 358 new patents during the year, representing a year-on-year increase of 80.8%. The company has led the formulation of 12 national, industry, and group standards in the intelligent manufacturing sector, with nine officially issued, one under development, and two approved for project initiation. In FY2025, the company spent CNY1,415,4 million on R&D, which as a percentage of revenue stood at 0.3%.
