Mr. Pankaj Lochan has been the Chief Human Resources Officer and a Director of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the President of Manufacturing Division at Ambuja Cements Ltd. Earlier, he served at Tata Steel, JSW Group, and Dr Reddy's.

Mr. Sunil Kumar Agrawal has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2024. He serves as Head of Group Accounts of the company. Previously, he served in various positions in the organization, in the machinery and mining division of the company. He joined the Power division and served across various senior positions in the finance function.

Mr. Hridayeshwar Jha has been a Director of Angul (Odisha) at the company. Prior to this, he served as a Director of several Tata Steel Companies including NatSteel Singapore, Tata Steel Thailand, TMILL, ISWP, Chairman of RAWMET (T S Alloys), Tata Steel Asia Limited and Tata Refractory Ltd. Mr. Jha also worked as the Director of Projects at Liberty Steel Newport.

Mr. Naveen Jindal has been the Non-Executive Chairman of the company since 2023. He also serves as the President of the Flag Foundation of India and the Founding Chancellor of OP Jindal Global University.
