Mr. Michael Rahamim has been the Chairman of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Chairman of Phase Eight (Fashion & Designs) Limited from 2011 to 2014 and Director of Whistles Limited from 2009 to 2016. Currently, he serves as a Director of Kaporal Jeans and Member of Senior Advisory Board of TowerBrook.

Ms. Mary Ellen Coyne has been the Chief Executive Officer, Director, and President of the company since May 2025. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Executive Officer of J.McLaughlin.

Mr. Mark Webb has been the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Executive Vice President of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Planning and Analysis, Treasury Officer and Senior Vice President of Hudson’s Bay Company from 2018 to 2019. Previously, he also served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Gap Brand and INTERMIX, at The Gap, Inc. from February 2013 to April 2017.

Ms. Maria Martinez has been the Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since November 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Human Resources Officer of Axogen and HSNi.

Ms. Courtney O’Connor has been Senior Vice President, Chief Merchandising Officer of the company since June 2025. Prior to this, Ms. O’Connor served as chief merchandising officer at Club Monaco. Previously, she held senior leadership roles at Ralph Lauren. Prior to this Ms. O’Connor held merchandising and buying roles at J.Crew, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Neiman Marcus.
