J.Jill Inc: Executives

Mr. Michael Rahamim has been the Chairman of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Chairman at Phase Eight (Fashion & Designs) Limited from 2011 to 2014 and as a Director of Whistles Limited from 2009 to 2016. Currently, he serves as a Director at Kaporal Jeans and is also a member of Senior Advisory Board at TowerBrook.

Ms. Claire Spofford serves as Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director of the company since 2021. Prior to this, she served as the President of Cornerstone Brands from 2017 to 2020, President of Garnet Hill from 2014 to 2020. Previously, she served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of J.Jill and held various leadership roles at Orchard Brands, including Interim President and Chief Executive Officer, Group President for Premium Brands, and President of Appleseed’s. Ms. Spofford also served as the Vice President, Global Marketing of Timberland, Boards of White Flower Farm and Project Adventure, Inc. Currently, she serves on the Board of Directors of Reclaim Childhood.

Mr. Mark Webb has been the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Executive Vice President of the company since 2021. He also has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Planning and Analysis and Treasury Officer and Senior Vice President at Hudson’s Bay Company from 2018 to 2019. Previously, he also served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President, Intermix and Gap Brand at Gap Inc from 2013 to 2017.

Ms. Maria Martinez has been the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since November 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Axogen and HSNi.
