Mr. Jeffrey T. Sanfilippo has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2006. He also serves as a Director of the company since 1999. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing of the company from 2001 to 2006. Mr. Sanfilippo also served as the General Manager at Gustine in 1995 and as the Assistant Treasurer of the company from 1992 to 1995.

Mr. Frank S. Pellegrino has been the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration, and Treasurer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Finance from August 2012 to August 2020. Mr. Pellegrino served as Vice President Finance and Corporate Controller from January 2009 to August 2012. He also served as Corporate Controller from September 2007 to January 2009 and as Director of Accounting. Previously, he was Internal Audit Manager at W.W. Grainger. Earlier, he was a Manager in the Assurance Practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
