Mr. Alan D Feldman has been serving as the Chairman of the company since June 2020. He has been the Director of the company since 2008. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Midas, Inc from from May 2006 to May 2012. Mr. Feldman served as a director at Foot Locker Inc from 2005 to 2024 and at GNC Holdings Inc from 2013 to 2020.

Mr. Brian A Deck has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2025. Prior to this, he held various roles in JBT Corporation, including the Chief Executive Officer, Director, and President from December 2020 to January 2025 and the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from May 2014 to September 2020. Mr. Deck served as the Chief Financial Officer of National Material LP from May 2011 to 2014.

Mr. Matthew J Meister has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Interim Chief Financial Officer of the company. Previously, Mr. Meister served as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at JBT Protein since 2019.

Ms. Shelley Bridarolli has been the Chief Human Resources Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2021. Previously, she served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Dana Incorporated from November 2018 to April 2020. Prior to that, Ms. Bridarolli was the Vice President of Human Resources for the PowerDrive Systems Division of BorgWarner, Inc. from August 2014 to November 2018, and also served as Borg Warner’s Interim Chief Human Resources Officer from July to November 2018. Earlier, she served at Eaton Corporation between May 2001 and August 2014.

Mr. Jack Martin has been the Chief Supply Chain Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President of supply chain of JBT Corporation. Previously, he served as the Vice President of supply chain of Marmon Holdings from August 2019 to April 2022. He also served as the Vice President of Global Sourcing of Dover Corporation from 2008 to 2017.
