Mr. Roy Franklin has been the Chairman of Wood since September 2019. Prior to this, he was a Non-executive Director and the Senior Independent Director of the company from October 2017 to 2019. Previously, Mr. Franklin served as a Director of Amec Foster Wheeler plc from January 2016 to October 2017. He has more than 40 years of experience as an executive in the energy industry. He worked for 18 years at BP, latterly as head of M&A for BP Exploration, after which he was Group Managing Director of Clyde Petroleum and then Chief Executive Officer of Paladin Resources. He is currently Chairman of Premier Oil PLC and Deputy Chairman of Equinor ASA.

Mr. Ken Gilmartin has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since July 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief operating officer at Wood Group from September 2021 to 2022. Previously, he served in variety of operational and project leadership roles including Executive Vice President of the People & Places solutions business at Jacobs.

Mr. Arvind Balan has been the Chief Financial Officer and Director of Wood since April 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at Rolls-Royce.

Ms. Marla Storm has been the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since 2024. Previously, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Balfour Beatty for its buildings, civils, and investments business. Prior to this, she held HR leadership positions at Boeing and McKesson.
