Mr. Jamie Dimon has been the Chairman of the company since 2007 and is its Chief Executive Officer since 2006. He also serves as a Director at Harvard Business School and Catalyst and as a member of the Board of Trustees of New York University School of Medicine. Prior to this, Mr. Dimon served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of the company from 2004 to 2005. Initially, he served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Bank One Corporation. Mr. Dimon also held a wide range of executive roles at Citigroup Inc., the Travelers Group, Commercial Credit Company and American Express Company.

Mr. Jeremy Barnum has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he held various positions including Head of Global Research, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief of Staff at J.P. Morgan’s Corporate & Investment Bank. He joined the company in 1994.

Ms. Jennifer A. Piepszak has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since January 2025. Prior to this, he served as Co-Chief Executive Officer of Commercial & Investment Bank at the company from 2021 to 2024. He held various positions at the company including Chief Financial Officer, Chief Executive Officer of Card Service, and Chief Financial Officer for Mortgage Banking.

Mr. Ashley Bacon has been the Chief Risk Officer of the company since 2013. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy Chief Risk Officer of the company from June 2012 to June 2013 and was its Head of Market Risk until June 2013. He joined the company in 1993.

Ms. Robin Leopold has been the Head of Human Resources and Executive Vice President of the company since January 2018. Prior to this, she served as the Human Resources Executive for JPM’s Corporate & Investment Bank. She also led the company’s Mortgage Banking Human Resources department.
