Mr. Jamie Dimon has been the Chairman of the company since 2006 and is its Chief Executive Officer since 2005. He also serves as a Director at Harvard Business School and Catalyst and as a member of the Board of Trustees of New York University School of Medicine. Prior to this, Mr. Dimon served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of the company from 2004 to 2005. Initially, he served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Bank One Corporation. Mr. Dimon also held a wide range of executive roles at Citigroup Inc., the Travelers Group, Commercial Credit Company and American Express Company.

Mr. Jeremy Barnum has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Global Research, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief of Staff at J.P. Morgan’s Corporate & Investment Bank. He joined the company in 1994.

Mr. Daniel E. Pinto has been the President and Chief Operating Officer of the company since January 2022. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Corporate and Investment Bank from March 2014 to January 2024. Previously, he served as a Co-President and Co-Chief Operating Officer in January 2018. He was the Chief Executive Officer of Europe, the Middle East and Africa from June 2011 to October 2017.

Ms. Lori A. Beer has been the Chief Information Officer of the company since September 2017. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Information Officer of the Corporate & Investment Bank from June 2016 to September 2017. Previously, Ms. Beer served as the Global Head of Banking Technology from January 2014 to May 2016. Earlier, she was an Executive Vice President of Specialty Businesses and Information Technology at Anthem, Inc.

Mr. Ashley Bacon has been the Chief Risk Officer of the company since 2013. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy Chief Risk Officer of the company from June 2012 to June 2013 and was its Head of Market Risk until June 2013. He joined the company in 1993.
