Mr. Shyam S. Bhartia is the Chairman of the company. He also serves as the Chairman of Jubilant Bhartia Group, Jubilant Ingrevia Limited and Jubilant FoodWorks Limited. He is also the Chairman and Managing Director of Jubilant Pharma Limited, Singapore. He also serves on the Board of several public companies namely, Chambal Fertilizers and Chemicals Ltd., Birla Cotton Spinning and Weaving Mills Ltd., Domino's Pizza India Ltd., Zuari Industries Ltd., Lionel India Ltd., GeoEnpro Petroleum Ltd., Enpro Secan India Ltd., Jubilant Chemsys Ltd., Jubilant Clinsys Ltd., Vam Holdings Ltd., PSI NV, Belgium, PSI Supply NV, Belgium, Jubilant Pharma NV, Belgium and Jubilant Energy (Holdings) B.V., Netherlands. Previously, Mr. Bhartia served as a Director of Air India Ltd.

Mr. Ashish Mukkirwar has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since May 2026. Previously, he served as Group Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of the Global Formulations Business of Glenmark Pharmaceuticals. Prior to this, he was the Group Vice President – Strategy, M&A, and Investor Relations at Glenmark. He also worked at Moelis & Company and UBS Investment Banking.

Mr. Shantanu Jha has been the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President and Head of Transformations at Cognizant. Mr. Jha also served as the Vice President of Transformations and Operations at IBM.
