Mr. Noel Quinn has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Julius Baer since July 2025. Previously, he served as the Group Chief Executive Officer of HSBC from 2020 to 2024. Prior to this, he held the position of Interim Group Chief Executive Officer at HSBC. He also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Global Commercial Banking at HSBC from 2015 to 2019. Mr. Quinn was the Group General Manager and Regional Head of Commercial Banking, Asia Pacific at HSBC from 2011 to 2015.

Mr. Stefan Bollinger has been Chief Executive Officer of the company since February 2025. Previously, he was Goldman Sachs’s Co-Head of Private Wealth Management for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Ms. Evie Kostakis has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since July 2022. Prior to this, she served as a Deputy Chief Financial Officer of the company. Previously she served as a Deputy Head of Investment Management and Head Alternative Investments and Deputy Head Corporate Development & Strategy at Julius Baer.

Mr. Jean Nabaa has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since April 2026. Previously, he was the Chief Operating Officer for International Wealth and Premier Banking as well as the Chief Operating Officer for Global Private Banking of HSBC. Prior to this, he worked at Standard Chartered Bank, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and McKinsey & Company.

Mr. Ivan Ivanic has been the Chief Risk Officer of the company since 2025. Previously, he joined Julius Baer as the Chief Credit Officer in 2025. Prior to this, he served in various Chief Credit Officer and Regional Chief Risk Officer functions at global systemically important banks, managing different types of risk in credit, market, and treasury since 2011. Mr. Ivanic brings over twenty-seven years of experience in managing financial risk across wealth management and corporate & investment banking.
