Mr. Romeo Lacher has been the Chairman of the bank since 2019. Prior to this, he served at Credit Suisse Group between 1990 and 2017 in various leadership positions including Chief Operating Officer of International Wealth Management; Head of Private Banking EMEA and Western Europe (2011-2015); Global Head of Operations and Product Management (2004-11); Chief Operating Officer CS Corporate and Retail Banking (2002-03); Head of e-Channel (2000-02); Head of Retail Banking Switzerland (1997-99); Head of Product Management Direct Banking Products (1995-96); and Project Manager of Marketing Department (1990-94). Earlier, he served as a Project Manager at Institut für Versicherungswirtschaft from 1987 to 1990.

Mr. Philipp Rickenbacher has been the Chief Executive Officer of the bank since July 2019. Prior to this, he served at Bank Julius Baer & Co. Ltd in various roles including Head of Intermediaries & Global Custody; Head of Advisory Solutions; and Head of Structured Products. From 2008-09, he served as the Head of GAM Structured Investments at GAM (Switzerland) Ltd. Earlier, he worked at McKinsey & Company and Union Bank of Switzerland.

Ms. Evie Kostakis has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since July 2022. Prior to this she served as a Deputy Chief Financial Officer of the company. Previously she served as a Deputy Head Investment Management and Head Alternative Investments and Deputy Head Corporate Development & Strategy at Julius Baer.

Mr. Nic Dreckmann has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since January 2017 and Bank Julius Baer & Co. Ltd. since August 2016. He also serves as Head of Intermediaries of the bank and Bank Julius Baer & Co. Ltd since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Global Head for Integration of Merrill Lynch’s International Wealth Management Business at Bank Julius Baer & Co. Ltd (2012-2015). Previously, he served as the Chief of Staff to the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer (2006-2012), and Business Project Manager of Bank Julius Baer & Co. Ltd. (2005-2006). Earlier, Mr. Dreckmann served in the Product Management division of private banking of Bank Julius Baer & Co. Ltd. (2004-2005).

Mr. Marco Parroni has been the Chief Marketing Officer of the company since March 2023. Previously, he served as head of global brand partnerships and sponsoring of the company.
