Mr. Yuji Hamasaki has been the Chairman of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman of Meidensha Corp and as the Director of Japan Electrical Manufacturers' Association. Mr. Hamasaki also served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company and as the Senior Managing Executive Officer of Meidensha Corp.

Mr. Shoichiro Eguchi has been the Director, President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of the company from 2016 to 2018; as the Chief Operating Officer of Automotive Sector and Chief Operating Officer of EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) of the company. Mr. Eguchi also served as Chief Executive Officer of Europe from 2014 to 2016, General Executive of Group Management Office from 2011 to 2012, Senior Vice President and Executive Officer of JVCKENWOOD Holdings Inc from 2010 to 2011, Senior Managing Officer, Chief Executive Officer Assistant from June 2007 to June 2010, President and Director of Kenwood USA Corp from 2005 to 2007, Senior Vice President and Executive Officer of Kenwood Corp from 2004 to 2005, General Executive of Car Electronics Sales Division of Kenwood Corp, President and Director of Kenwood Electronics Europe B V from 2004 to 2004 of the company.

Mr. Masatoshi Miyamoto has been the Director, Senior Managing Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President, General Executive, Head of car electronics segment and General Executive of sound and acoustic division of the company. Mr. Miyamoto also served as the Director and President of JVCKENWOOD Trading (Shanghai) Co Ltd.

Mr. Sonoda Yoshio has been the Director, Managing Executive Officer, Chief Technology Officer and Chief Information Security Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the General Executive of Automotive Engineering and Design Division and General Executive of Automotive Business Planning Division; Chief Project Manager of Dealer-installed Business from 2015 to 2016, General Manager of Technology Strategy from 2014 to 2015; and General Manager of Element Technology Development, Engineering Division from 2012 to 2014. Mr. Yoshio also served as the General Manager of Element Technology Development and Consumer Business Development Center from 2006 to 2012 of the company. He joined the company in 1987.

Mr. Masao Nomura has been the Director, Senior Managing Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Mobility and Telematics Services Sector of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of Automotive Sector of the company. Mr. Nomura also served as the General Executive of Automotive OEM Business Division and Chief Operating Officer of EMEA at the company.
