Mr. Keld Norup has been the Deputy Chairman of the bank since 2020. Previously he served as Member of the Board of Directors, including Chairman up to 2020 from 2011 to 2021, SKOV Advokater, Managing Partner at SKOV Advokater from 1993 to 2011; Supreme Court Attorney, SKOV Advokater from 1991 to 2022.

Mr. Lars Stensgaard Morch has been the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of the company since October 2023. Prior to this, he served as a various leadership role at Danske Bank. Previously he served as a Chairman of the Boards of Realkredit Danmark A/S and Nordania Leasing A/S.

Mr. Niels Erik Jakobsen has been the Head of Capital Markets, Wealth Management, Jyske Realkredit, Jyske Finans, Jyske Invest Fund Management A/S and Handelsinvest A/S and Managing Director of the bank since 2009. From 2007 to 2009, he served as a director of Treasury, Finance & Risk Management. He worked at the Bank's Treasury Division from 1993 to 1999. He joined the bank in 1987 as an analyst with the Bank's Economic Research Department. Mr. Niels Erik Jakobsen worked as an economist for Regionalbankernes Sekretariat (secretariat of regional banks) from 1986 to 1987.

Mr. Per Skovhus has been the Head of Corporate Clients and Credits and Managing Director of the bank since 2013. He served as a member of Danske Bank's Executive Board. He served on the boards of Realkredit Danmark, Danmarks Skibskredit A/S and the Danish Bankers Association.

Mr. Peter Schleidt has been the Head of Business Concepts, Business Services, Property and Purchasing and Prevention of Financial Crime and Managing Director of the bank since 2017.
