Mr. R. Philip Bixby has been the Chairman of the company since 2005. He also serves as the Chairman of Old American Insurance Company and Sunset Financial Services. Previously, he served as the President, Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at the company. Prior to this, he served as Assistant Secretary, Assistant Vice President, Vice President, Senior Vice President of Operations, and Executive Vice President in the company.

Mr. Walter E. Bixby has been the President, Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since April 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Vice Chairman and Executive Vice President of the company from 2012 to 2022. He also serves as the President of Old American Insurance Company and Chief Executive Officer of Grange Life Insurance Company. Prior to this, he served as an Assistant Vice President of the company in 1985; Vice President, Marketing in 1990; and Vice President, Marketing Operations in 1992. He also served as the President of Old American Insurance Company in 1996, and Executive Vice President in 2012.

Mr. A. Craig Mason has been a Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of the company since February 2013. He is also Director of the company. Prior to this, he served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of the company from 2010 to 2013.

Mr. Mark A. Milton has been a Director of the company since 2009 and is its Senior Vice President since 2001. He also serves as a Director of Old American Insurance Company. He joined the company in 1982 and since then he held various leadership roles including Vice President, Associate Actuary, Assistant Vice President, and Assistant Actuary.
