Mr. Michael Kestner has been the Chairman of the company since April 2023. He serves as a Director of the company since 2013. Prior to this he served as a Chief Financial Officer of Building Materials Holding Corporation from August 2013 to December 2015 and Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and a Director of Hilite International from October 1998 to July 2011, Chief Financial Officer of Sinter Metals, Inc from 1995 to 1998. previously he served at Banc One Capital Partners, Wolfensohn Ventures- LP and KPMG LLP.

Mr. Peter J. Kelly has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since April 2021. Prior to this, he served as the President of the company from January 2019 to March 2021. Previously, he also served as the President of Digital Services from December 2014 to January 2019; and Chief Technology Officer from June 2013 to January 2019 of the company. Mr. Kelly served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Openlane from February 2011 to June 2013; and President and Chief Financial Officer of Openlane from February 2010 to February 2011. He also served in various positions at Openlane from 1999 to 2010.

Mr. Brad Lakhia has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since April 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Vice president of Finance, Americas at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. Previously, he held leadership roles at Andeavor.

Mr. Scott A. Anderson has been the Chief Accounting Officer since March 2021. Previously, he served as the Interim Chief Financial Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President and Controller of the Company from 2007 to February 2021, and as the Controller of ADESA, Inc. from 2001 to 2007. Mr. Anderson served as Senior Manager of Assurance and Business Advisory Services from 1997 to 2001 and in various positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP from 1988 to 1997.

Mr. Charles S. Coleman has been the Chief Legal Officer, Executive Vice President and Secretary of the company since November 2020. He has also been the Secretary of the company since October 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel from October 2017 to October 2020, Assistant Secretary from April 2015 to October 2019, and the Vice President and Assistant General Counsel from April 2015 to October 2017.
