Mr. David Kirk serves as the Chairman of the company since November 2013. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Fairfax Media and Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of PMP Limited. Previously, Mr. Kirk served as Chief Policy Advisor to the Prime Minister of New Zealand from 1992 to 1994. Earlier, he served as management consultant with McKinsey & Company. Presently, he is the Co-founder and Managing Partner of Bailador Investment Management and Chairman of Bailador Technology Investments, Forsyth Barr Group, and the NZ Rugby Players Association. He is also member of board of Board of various Bailador portfolio companies.

Mr. Michael Daly has been serving as the company Director, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to this, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Rip Curl. He also served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Previously, he spend 10 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers across Australia and the USA.

Mr. Chris Kinraid serves as the Chief Financial Officer of the company. Previously, he held various senior group analyst and finance positions at Cadbury, Tait Communications, and Alliance Boots. Mr. Kinraid began his career at PwC as an auditor.

Mr Jolann Van Dyk has been the company Chief Information Officer. Prior to thism he held varied roles at Farmlands, Intergen, HP Enterprise, and Ernst & Young.

Mrs. Linda Barlow serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Global Human Resource Manager of the company in 2007. Prior to this, she worked in the Pharmaceutical and Aviation and industries. She also worked on HR role at Essendon Football Club. She re-joined KMD and served as the General Manager People and Culture at Rip Curl. She began her carrier at Human Resources with Accenture.
