Mr. Yoshinori Kanehana has been the Chairman of the company since 2020. He also serves as a Director of the company since 2021. Prior to this, Mr. Kanehana served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company from 2018 to 2020. He joined the company in April 1976 and served in the positions of Senior Executive Vice President, General Manager of Marketing Division, Executive Officer, Managing Executive Officer, Vice President of Rolling Stock Company, and General Manager of Rolling Stock and Project Management Divisions of Rolling Stock Company.

Mr. Yasuhiko Hashimoto has been the President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Managing Executive Officer, Vice President and Senior Executive Officer of the company from April 2020 to June 2020. He was also the Director, Managing Executive Officer, President of Precision Machinery & Robot Company at the company from 2018 to 2020. Mr. Hashimoto also worked as the Managing Executive Officer, President of Precision Machinery & Robot Company at the company from April 2018 to June 2018. Previously, he was the Managing Executive Officer, General Manager of Robot Division at the company from 2016 to 2018. Mr. Katsuya Yamamoto has been the Senior Corporate Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Assistant to the President, Head of Corporate Communications, Head of Planning & Control, Head of Finance & Control, Head of Marketing & External Affairs and Director of the company since 2022. Prior tot his, he was the Vice President, Senior Executive Officer and Assistant to the President of the company from 2020 to 2022. He was also the Director, Managing Executive Officer, and General Manager of Corporate Planning Division at the company from 2019 to 2020. Mr. Yamamoto was also the Director, Managing Executive Officer, and General Manager of Corporate Planning Division of the company from 2018 to 2019. He was also the Senior Vice President, and General Manager of Corporate Planning Division at the company from June 2017 to April 2018. Previously, he was also the Managing Executive Officer, and General Manager of Corporate Planning Division of the company from April 2017 to June 2017. He was also the Executive Officer, General Manager of Planning & Control Division and General Manager of Precision Machinery Company at the company from 2015 to 2017. Mr. Yamamoto was also the General Manager of Planning & Control Division and General Manager of Precision Machinery Company at the company from 2013 to 2015. Mr. Hiroshi Nakatani has been a Director and Senior Corporate Executive Officer, Assistant to the President in charge of Technology, Production, Quality Assurance, Procurement, and Digital Transformation Strategy at the company since 2024. Previously, he served as the Director and Managing Executive Officer in charge of Corporate Planning, Digital Transformation, and Cyber Security, while also being the General Manager of the Corporate Technology Division at the company. Prior to this, Mr. Nakatani was the Director and Managing Executive Officer in charge of Corporate Planning, Digital Transformation, and Ship & Offshore Structure Company, and General Manager of the Corporate Technology Division. He was the Managing Executive Officer and General Manager of the Corporate Technology Division, General Manager of the Technical Institute, and Group Manager of the Manufacturing Improvement Centre at the company. Prior to that, Mr. Nakatani was an Executive Officer and Deputy General Manager of the Corporate Technology Division beginning in April 2016. He joined the company in 1984.

Mr. Katsuhiko Yoshida has been a Director of the company since 2022. Previously, he served as the Representative Director and Senior Managing Executive Officer of Kao Corporation with overall responsibility for the Consumer Products Business Department and in charge of Kao Professional Services Company, Ltd. from March 2015 to January 2017. Prior to this, Mr. Yoshida served as the Representative Director and Managing Executive Officer of Kao Corporation with overall responsibility for the Consumer Products Business Department and in charge of Kao Professional Services Company, Ltd. beginning in March 2014. Previously, he worked at Kao Corporation starting in April 1979. Mr. Yoshida has also been an Outside Director of Citizen Watch Co., Ltd. since June 2022 and an Outside Director of LiveDo Corporation since June 2024.
