Mr. Wha Joon Cho has been the Chairman of the company since 2023. Previously, she served as the Chief Executive Officer of Ktcapital. Prior to this, she held various roles at KT Group, including Chief Financial Officer positions at BC Card, Ktds, and KTF. She also served as a Standing Auditor for Mercedes-Benz Financial Services Korea. Additionally, she was a Director and member of the Audit Committee, as well as Chair of the ESG Committee at Pulmuone.

Mr. Jong Hee Yang has been the Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2023. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of KB Insurance from 2016 to 2020, where he contributed to the company's digital transformation and growth. Prior to this, he managed finance, strategy, IR, and the Board of Directors at KB Financial Group since 2013, leading the acquisition of LIG Non-life Insurance. Mr. Yang began his career in 1989 at Housing & Commercial Bank, the predecessor of KB Kookmin Bank, where he held various positions.

Mr. Lim Dae Hwan is the Chief Compliance Officer and Senior Executive Vice President of the group. Previously, he served as the Managing Director for Capital market Sales at Kookim Bank.

Mr. Cho Young Suh is the Chief Digital Officer, Chief IT Officer, and Senior Executive Vice President of the group. Previously, he worked with Kookmin Bank and served as Managing Director of DT Strategy Division.

Mr. Jeon Hyo Sung is the Chief Human Resources Officer and Managing Director of the group. Previously, he served as the General Manager of Human Resources Department.
