Ms. Annika Paasikivi has been the Chairman of the company since 2026. Currently, she has been serving as the Vice Chair at Valmet Oyj since 2025. Prior to this, she was President and Chief Executive Officer at Oras Invest Oy from 2018 to 2025, and Chief Operating Officer from 2011 to 2018. Previously, she was the Chief Operating Officer at Friitala Fashion Oy from 2009 to 2010.

Ms. Susan Duinhoven has been the Vice Chairman of the company since 2026. Currently, she has been serving as the Director of Fiskars Corporation since 2026. Prior to this, she was the President and Chief Executive Officer at Sanoma Oyj from 2015 to 2024. Previously, she was a Director at Sanoma Oyj from 2015 to 2017. She was also the Chief Executive Officer at Koninklijke Wegener N.V. from 2013 to 2015. Earlier, she was the Chief Executive Officer of Western Europe and the Netherlands at Thomas Cook Group Plc from 2010 to 2013.

Mr. Antti Salminen has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the President of the Pulp and Paper segment of the company from 2022 to 2024; President of the Industry & Water segment of the company from 2014 to 2022; Executive Vice President of Supply Chain Management for the company from 2011 to 2014. Mr. Salminen has also served as Director of New Equipment Business in Asia Pacific from 2009 to 2011 for KONE Corp; Vice President of Delivery Process from 2005 to 2009 for KONE Corp; Managing Consultant for Capgemini Finland from 2000 to 2005; and Research Scientist, Project Manager, and Program Manager for Helsinki University of Technology from 1995 to 2000.

Mr. Tuomas Makipeska has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since April 2026. Prior to this, he was the Chief Financial Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officer at YIT Oyj from 2021 to 2025. He was the Business Director of Real Estate Services Finland from 2019 to 2021, Chief Financial Officer from 2017 to 2019, Business Director of Renewable Energy from 2015 to 2017, and Business Development Director from 2012 to 2017. Previously, he was also the Management Consultant of Strategy and Operations at Deloitte Oy from 2005 to 2012.

Mr. Simon Bloem has been the Chief Operations Officer of the company since 2025. Prior to this, he was the Vice President of Global Manufacturing Materials at Envalior from 2023 to 2025. Previously, he was the Vice President of Global Manufacturing at DSM Engineering Materials from 2020 to 2023.
