Mr. William M. Lambert has been the Chairman of the company since October 2023. He served as a Director of the company since 2016. He is also a Directors of MSA Safety Incorporated. Prior to this he served as a President and Chief Executive Officer of MSA.

Mr. Christopher Rossi has been the President and Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since August 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Dresser-Rand at Siemens from September 2015 to May 2017. Mr. Rossi also worked as the Executive Vice President of global operations, Vice President of technology and business development and Executive Vice President of product services at Dresser-Rand Group Inc. He also served as the Vice President and General Manager of North American Operations, Vice President and General Manager of Painted Post Operation, and Vice President of Supply Chain Management of the company.

Mr. Patrick S. Watson has been the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of the company since June 2022. Prior to this, he also served as the Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller of the company from March 2017 to June 2022; Vice President of Finance in Industrial Business Division from March 2014 to February 2017; and Director of Finance of Kennametal EMEA from August 2011 to August 2014. Mr. Watson also held various financial and supply chain roles at Allegheny Energy and Eckerd Corporation.

Ms. Carlonda R. Reilly has been the Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of the company since 2018. Prior to this, she was the Global Technology Director in Transportation and Advanced Polymers business from January 2016 to September 2018 and Global Technology Director in Building Innovations from 2013 to January 2016 at DuPont. Ms. Reilly also serves on the Board of W. L. Gore and Associates, St. Vincent College, the University of Delaware Research Foundation and The Advanced Leadership Institute.

Ms. Judith L. Bacchus has been the Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of the company since May 2019. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer and Corporate Relations Officer; Vice President of Human Resources Field services from June 2011 to November 2015 of the company. Ms. Bacchus also served as the Human Resources Generalist of North America for the Marconi Corporation.
