She Joined Kering as a Director of Corporate Finance, Treasury and Insurance in 2019. Earlier, Ms. Poulou held multiple, successive positions in France and worldwide, including several financial functions at Procter & Gamble, Hewlett-Packard and EDF.
Jean Marc Duplaix
Chief Executive Officer - Kering Jewelry; Chief Operating Officer Senior ManagementMr. Jean-Marc Duplaix has been Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2023 and Chief Executive Officer of Kering Jewelry since March 2026. He was also a board member of Puma until 2019. He also served as the head all Group corporate functions and be responsible for enhancing efficiency and accountability. He appointed as the Deputy Administrative and Financial Director of the M6 Group in 2005. He was also president of Multi 4, a broadcasting operator for DTT channels, and a board member of French professional football club, FC Girondins de Bordeaux. Mr. Duplaix began his career in 1994 at Arthur Andersen.
Laurent Claquin
Chief Brand Officer Senior ManagementMr. Laurent Claquin has been the Chief Brand Officer of the company since June 2024. He also served as the Chief of Staff of the French Minister of Culture and Communication. He joins the Group in several leadership roles, including Senior Vice President of Communications and Head of Corporate Social Responsibility. He also served as the President of Kering Americas. He was the Chief Executive Officer of Tomas Maier from 2017 to 2018. Mr. Claquin began his career as a consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Beatrice Lazat
Chief People Officer Senior ManagementMs. Beatrice Lazat has been the Chief People Officer of the company since 2016. She started her career with Cartier where she worked for luxury sector division in France and worked for Christofle. Ms. Lazat is associated with L’Oreal for 20 years, and held several leadership positions in the UK, Hong Kong, Australia and China. Previously, she also served as the Director of Human Resources of L’Oreal in the Asia-Pacific region.
