Mr. Francois-Henri Pinault has been the Chairman and the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2005. He joined Pinault Group in 1987 and held various senior leadership positions in Groups operating companies. He also served as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of PPR in 2000 and later assumed his position as the Chairman of Artemis Group.

Ms. Armelle Poulou has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since September 2023. Prior to this, she served as a Director of Corporate Finance, Treasury and Insurance at Kering SA.

Ms. Melanie Flouquet has been the Chief Strategy Officer of the company since 2024. Prior to this, she held various senior level positions of at JP Morgan including Managing Director of Luxury Goods Equity Research team.

Ms. Beatrice Lazat has been the Chief People Officer of the company since 2016. She started her career with Cartier where she worked for luxury sector division in France and also worked for Christofle. Ms. Lazat is associated with L’Oreal for 20 years, and held several leadership positions in the UK, Hong Kong, Australia and China. Previously, she also served as the Director of Human Resources of L’Oreal in the Asia-Pacific region.

Ms. Marie-Claire Daveu has been the Chief Sustainability and Institutional Affairs Officer of the company since 2012. She also served as the Chief of staff to French politician Nathalie Kosciusko-Morizet, within the Ministry of Ecology and other areas from 2007 to 2012; and as a Director of sustainable development at Sanofi-Aventis Group in 2005. Previously, she also served as the Technical Adviser to the cabinet of Prime Minister Jean-Pierre Raffarin and principal private secretary to Serge Lepeltier, Minister of Ecology and Sustainability.
