Mr. Esa Kiiskinen has been the Chairman of the company since 2009. Prior to this, he served as the member of board of Taaleri Plc from 2014 to 2019; Chairman of the Delegation for Entrepreneurs Confederation of Finnish Industries EK and as the Vice Chairman of the board of Confederation of Finnish Industries EK from 2012 to 2014. Mr. Kiiskinen also served as the member of the Board of Finnish Family Firms Association from 2011 to 2012 and as the Chairman of board of The Foundation for Vocational Training in the Retail Trade from 2008 to 2012. Earlier, he served as the Chairman of the Board of Saija ja Esa Kiiskinen Oy and as the member of the Board of Finnish Commerce Federation from 2008 to 2012. He also served as the Chairman of K-Retailers’ Association and as the member of board of Vahittaiskaupan Tilipalvelu VTP Oy from 2008 to 2012.

Mr. Jorma Rauhala has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the company since February 2024. Prior to this, he served as President of Kesko's grocery trade division, and as President of Kesko Food. Mr. Rauhala also served as the President of the building and technical trade division of the company.

Mr. Jukka Erlund has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2011. Prior to this, he held various leadership positions with the company including Senior Vice President; Vice President of Kesko Food Ltd's for Finance from 2010 to 2011 and as the Vice President and Controller of Kesko from 2007 to 2010. Mr. Erlund also served as the Corporate Business Controller of the company from 2004 to 2007. He also serves as the member of board of Suomen Luotto-osuuskunta, Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company and Finnair Plc.
