Mr. Timothy Cofer has been the Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company since April 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of the company since November 2023 to April 2024. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Central Garden & Pet Company from October 2019 to September 2023. He served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Growth Officer of Mondelez International from 2016 to 2019. Prior to this, he also served as the President of Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa of Mondelez International and President of Kraft Foods Europe. Mr. Cofer also served as the President of Kraft Pizza Company and President of Oscar Mayer Foods.

Mr. Anthony DiSilvestro has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since November 2025. Previously, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Mattel, Inc. Prior to this, he worked at Scott Paper Company.

Mr. Drew Panayiotou has been the Chief Marketing Officer of the company since January 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Marketing Officer of Pfizer. Mr. Panayiotou held various Marketing leadership at Alphabet, Johnson & Johnson, Disney, Coca-Cola, BBDO, Best Buy, and Chick-fil-A.

Mr. Anthony Shoemaker has been the Chief Legal Officer, Secretary and General Counsel of the company since October 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President and Assistant General Counsel of the company from April 2020 to September 2021. Previously, Mr. Shoemaker held various positions including Assistant General Counsel, Vice President, and Corporate Secretary at Tenet Healthcare from September 2014 to April 2020. He started his legal career as a Corporate Attorney at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP.

Ms. Mary Beth DeNooyer has been the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since July 2019. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Human Resources Officer of Pinnacle Foods and Hillshire Brands. She also held Various Human Resources leadership role at Sara Lee, Pepsi Bottling Group and General Mills.
