Mr. Harry F. Quarls has been the Chairman of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman of the board for Penn Virginia Corporation, SH 130 Concessions Company, Trident Resources Corp, Woodbine Acquisition Corp and US Oil Sands Corp. He served as a Director and Chairman of the strategic alternatives committee for Gastar Exploration Inc. He also worked as a Director for Fairway Resources and Opal Resources. Mr. Quarls served as a Managing Director at Global Infrastructure Partners retiring after over a decade of service. Currently, he is a Director for Rosehill Resources, PetroQuest Energy and chairman of the board for Sunrise Oil & Gas.

Mr. J. Marshall Dodson has been the Director, President, and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Interim Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President, Director and Treasurer and Interim Chief Executive Officer at the company. Mr. Dodson previously served as an Interim Principal Financial Officer; Managing Director and Controller at Dynegy, Inc; Senior Manager at Arthur Andersen LLP. He currently serves as a Director at Enduro Resource Partners LLC.

Ms. Katherine I. Hargis has been the Chief Administrative Officer, Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of the company since 2020. Prior to this, she served as the company’s Associate General Counsel, Corporate and Transactional & Assistant Secretary; Vice President, Associate General Counsel & Assistant Secretary, Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary; Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. Prior to joining Key, she served as the Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for U.S. Concrete, Inc, a publicly traded company providing ready-mixed concrete and aggregates, from June 2012 to July 2013, and as its Deputy General Counsel & Corporate Secretary from December 2011 to June 2012, and as Assistant General Counsel from December 2006 to December 2011.
