Mr. Christopher M. Gorman has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since May 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer at the company from September 2019 to May 2020. Previously, he was the Vice-Chairman and President of the Banking division at the company. Earlier, Mr. Gorman served as the President at Key Corporate Bank.

Mr. Clark H.I. Khayat has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since May 2023. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer at KeyCorp. He served as an Executive Vice President and Head of Key’s Enterprise Commercial Payments group from 2014 to 2016 and Executive Vice President in Corporate Strategy from 2012 to 2014. Previously, Mr. Khayat served as the Managing Director and Co-founder of Occom Ridge Partners, LLC, Senior Controller of Personal Lines for the Progressive Corporation and Business Leader for Corporate Development and Investor Relations at Progressive. He also held various senior leadership roles in strategy and finance at National City Corporation (now PNC) where he led Corporate Finance and Strategy and Corporate Planning. Earlier, Mr. Khayat served as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company.

Mr. Mohit Ramani has been the Chief Risk Officer of the company since 2025. Previously, he served as the Deputy Chief Risk Officer, Chief Business Unit Risk Officer and Chief Credit Officer at Truist Financial Corporation.

Ms. Angela G. Mago has been the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Head of Commercial Bank from 2019 to November. Previously, she served as the Co-Head at Key Corporate Bank from 2016 to 2019.

Ms. Allyson M. Kidik has been the Chief Risk Review Officer and General Auditor of the company since 2022. Previously, she was the Senior Deputy General Auditor and Senior leader at the company. Earlier, she worked at JP Morgan Chase and Bank One.
