Mr. Michael D. Hsu has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2020. He also serves as a Director of Texas Instruments Incorporated since April 2023 and McDonald’s Corp since May 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer and President of the company from 2017 to 2019. Previously, Mr. Hsu served as the Group President of North America from 2013 to 2016, and Group President for North America Consumer Products from 2012 to 2013 at the company. He also served as the Chief Commercial Officer and Executive Vice President from January 2012 to July 2012; President of Sales, Customer Marketing and Logistics from 2010 to 2012, and the President of Grocery Business unit from 2008 to 2010 of Kraft Foods, Inc. Earlier, Mr. Hsu served as the Chief Operating Officer, President of Foodservice, and Vice President of Marketing for Ore-Ida and Frozen Meals at H. J. Heinz Company. He also worked with Booz Allen & Hamilton.

Mr. Nelson Urdaneta has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Mondelez International from 2021 to 2022. Previously, he served as the Chief Accounting Officer, Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller and Vice President of Finance, Asia Pacific of Mondelez. He also served as a Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Ryder System, Inc.

Mr. Russell Torres has been the President and Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2025. Prior to this, he served as Corporation’s President of North America of the company. Previously, he served as Group President of K-C North America. He also served as Group President at Newell Brands Inc. He also served as Chief Transformation Officer at Newell Brands Inc. He also served as senior executive at Mondelez International.

Ms. Tamera Fenske has been Senior Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer since 2022. Previously, she served as the Senior Vice President, U.S. and Canada Manufacturing and Supply Chain of 3M Company from February 2022 to September 2022. Earlier, she served as the Senior Vice President Global Operations of Transportation & Electronics Business Group (TEBG) from 2021 to February 2022. Prior to this, she was the Vice President of Global Operations from 2020 to 2021, Mfg/SC/LSS Vice President from 2018 to 2020, and Customer Value Stream Vice President from 2016 to 2018 at TEBG.

Mr. Francesco Tinto has been the Chief Information and Global Business Services Officer of the company since March 2026. Previously, he was the Global Chief Information Officer at Walgreens Boots Alliance. Prior to this, he served as Chief Information Officer at Kraft Heinz.
