Mr. Michael D. Hsu has been the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the company since 2020. He also serves as a Director of Texas Instruments Incorporated. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer and President of the company from 2017 to 2019. Previously, Mr. Hsu served as the Group President of North America from 2013 to 2016, and Group President for North America Consumer Products from 2012 to 2013 at the company. He also served as the Chief Commercial Officer and Executive Vice President from January 2012 to July 2012; President of Sales, Customer Marketing and Logistics from 2010 to 2012, and the President of Grocery Business unit from 2008 to 2010 of Kraft Foods, Inc. Earlier, Mr. Hsu served as the Chief Operating Officer, President of Foodservice, and Vice President of Marketing for Ore-Ida and Frozen Meals at H. J. Heinz Company. He also worked with Booz Allen & Hamilton.

Mr. Nelson Urdaneta has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Mondelez International from 2021 to 2022. Previously, he served as the Chief Accounting Officer, Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller and Vice President of Finance, Asia Pacific of Mondelez. He also served as a Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Ryder System, Inc.

Mr. Jeffrey Melucci has been the Chief Business and Transformation Officer since January 2024. He served as Chief Business Development and Legal Officer of the company From November 2020 to January 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Business Development and General Counsel of the company from April 2020 to November 2020. He also worked as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel from September 2017 to April 2020, Vice President and Senior Deputy General Counsel of Kimberly-Clark’s Global Operations from January 2017 to September 2017. Previously, he served as the Chief Transformation Officer from 2020 to 2021, Corporate Secretary from 2014 to 2017 and General Counsel of Kimberly-Clark International from 2013 to 2016. He also held various roles including General Counsel of Aviation Systems and Aviation Business Development at General Electric.

Ms. Alison Lewis has been the Chief Growth Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Marketing Officer for Global Consumer business of Johnson & Johnson from 2013 to 2019. Previously, Ms. Lewis served as the Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President for North America region at The Coca-Cola Co. She also held various board management positions at Kraft Foods.

Ms. Sandra R.A. Karrmann has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this role, she served as the Executive Vice President, Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Tenet Healthcare Corp. Previously, she served as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer of United Surgical Partners International. Ms. Karrmann also held several senior leadership positions at PepsiCo, YUM!, and Pizza Hut.
