Kimco Realty Corp (Kimco) is a real estate investment trust (REIT). It owns, operates, manages and develops a portfolio of open-air shopping centers. The company offers property management services such as management and operation of real estate properties; acquisition and disposition; specialty leasing; and operational support for properties. Kimco also holds interests in other properties through preferred equity investments and other real estate investments. The company serves a diverse range of tenants, including major national and regional retailers such as TJX Companies, Ross Stores, Kroger, PetSmart, and The Home Depot.
