Mr. J. Paul Rollinson has been the Chief Executive Officer, Director, and the President of the company since 2012. Prior to this, he worked as the Executive Vice President of New Investments.

Ms. Andrea S. Freeborough has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Kinross since 2019. Prior to this, she was the Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Development at the company. She was associated with KPMG from 1998 to 2009 and held in various senior roles and most recently served as an Associate Partner.

Mr. Claude Schimper has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice-President, Operations for Russia and West Africa regions. Previously, he also served as the Chief Operating Officer at Balkan Resources Inc.

Mr. Geoffrey P. Gold has been the Executive Vice President of Corporate Development, External Relations, and Chief Legal Officer at the company since 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and Chief Legal Officer at the company from 2012 to 2016. He also served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of the company from 2008 to 2012 and as a Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer from 2006 to 2008. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Gold served as the Vice President, Assistant Secretary and Associate General Counsel for Placer Dome.

Ms. Catherine McLeod-Seltzer has been the Chairman of the company since 2019. Prior to this, she served as the Chairman of Bear Creek Mining and Pacific Rim Mining Corp. She also served as the President, the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Arequipa Resources Ltd from 1994 to 1996. Earlier, Ms. Seltzer served as an institutional trader and broker at Yorkton Securities Inc. from 1985 until 1993 and as an Operations Manager in Santiago, Chile from 1991 to 1992.
